I understand that in order to purchase “RACE” designated components from AMS Performance that my vehicle must be a dedicated racing vehicle, or permanently reside outside of the United States of America. I affirm that all AMS Performance “Race” designated components will be installed to the vehicle listed above, which cannot be registered or licensed for, or used on, public streets and highways within the US. A racing vehicle is a vehicle which, in general, has been extensively modified for racing, and is incapable of safe and practical street or highway use because it lacks features associated with safe and practical street or highway use. Such missing features include, but are not limited to, DOT legal wheels and/or tires, airbags (dash, seat or steering wheel mounted), headlights and/or tail lights, license plate(s), DOT legal seat belts, side and rear view mirrors, or other safety features required by state and/or Federal law. Other aftermarket racing features may have been added which now make the vehicle unsafe and impractical for street or highway use, such as but not limited to, interior mounted roll cage (above and/or around the driver), rear mounted parachute, or low hanging ground effects and/or front lip.

I understand that some or all of these parts may not comply with Federal, State, Province, and/or Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. I take responsibility to ensure that any modifications or upgrades that I have done to my vehicle conform to all applicable laws and regulations for road use, especially pertaining to safety and emissions. I acknowledge Tunerz Store LLC has made me aware that certain parts are intended for Racing Competition Only and not meant to be used on a road car. I agree to release Tunerz Store LLC for any and all burden of responsibility in ensuring my car satisfies regulations set forth by Federal, State, and/or Local governing agencies. This waiver of compliance shall be in force for all purchases from Tunerz Store LLC, past or present.
